vendor installing the wireless mesh network that will be used to report data
and monitor the devices. This contract has an annual value of
approximately $15 million. Highlights: n Developed the procedures used to monitor and
manage the upgrade program. n Developed the program manual used for ongoing
operations during the cooling season. n Reviewed and approved the payment of all invoices
